Print Registration form for 8 hour classes, fill in the date & location & fax to 337-738-5620! Please DO NOT register for Conference or Certification Classes online (these are classes with a fee)! Please mail these registrations forms in to our office along with the payment.

Please do not procrastinate in obtaining your credit hours.
