		You may only register online for the 8 hour Training Sessions in which the agendas have
		been posted (information in red). This excludes the 32 hour training courses, LRWA Conference and LRWA Expo and any other fee based training which you must mail, fax or email a registration form with your payment to register.

		You may also print this registration form (PDF), fill in the date and location of the class you
		want to attend, and fax it to our office at 337-738-5620. (MS Word Registration)

		Pre-registration is closed one or two days prior to the training session, to insure you are
		pre-registered be sure to submit your registration form a five days prior to the training session date(s). LRWA requests that you pre-register to attend a training session, this enables us to get an accurate number for meal preparations.

Credit Hours

hold two (2) certifications, you are required to have 16 contact hours (8 per category) for re-certification

category) for re-certification every two (2) years.

Wastewater Certification

		The Rule states that, "a minimum of 16 contact hours is required for renewal of any certifications
		held in wastewater categories." If you hold one (1) certification, you are required to have 16 contact hours for re-certification every two (2) years. If you hold two (2) certifications, you are required to have 16 contact hours (8 per category) for re-certification every two (2) years.
