Louisiana Rural Water Association will hold our Annual Training & Technical
Conference in Alexandria, LA on July 15-19, 2012.  The conference will provide
attendees with the latest information on technical, managerial, and regulatory issues
concerning the rural water and wastewater industry.  There are training sessions
available for everyone from the operator to the town clerk to the board member.  
LRWA's Annual Conference will be held at the following places:  Location information
will be posted once it becomes available.
During the conference LRWA will host a variety of additional activities
for your enjoyment including:

Families:  LRWA invites attendees to bring their families to the conference.  However, we ask that all spouses, children, and guests
wear a name tag during the conference which will be provided to you
in your registration packet or you can get one from the registration
desk.  We ask that all children have adult supervision at all times
during the conference.  The attending adult will be held responsible
for the child's and/or children's actions.  The exhibit hall is not a place
for children to play.  There are vendors exhibited that have very
expensive equipment and LRWA does not want anyone to get hurt.  
Only the attendee is allowed to fill out the Exhibitor initial sheet to be
eligible for the door prizes.

Exhibit Hall Pass:  If you are not registered for a course, but you
wish to view only the exhibits, you will need to purchase an Exhibit Hall
Pass.  If other personnel from your system wish to view the exhibit
hall, they must also purchase a pass.  Passes can be purchased
before hand (see the registration form) or passes can be purchased
at the registration desk.  

Cancellations:  Should you need to cancel your registration at any
time for any reason, there will be a $75 processing fee before July 1,
2012.  There will be no refunds after July 1, 2012.

Booth registration includes:
1.
 Booth sizes vary with locations (see layout on next page);
Storefront booths (12ft wide x 6ft deep) #144-#155 have adjoining
guest room available for $70 + tax per night , must coordinate through
LRWA.
2.  One 6ft table; two chairs; pole and drape (excluding storefronts);
Electrical outlet (500 watts). (carpet available for all booths except
storefronts)
3.  Sign with company name as it appears on registration form.
4.  Two (2) Award Luncheon tickets.  (extra: $40 per adult [14 & up] or
$15 per child [13 & under])
5.  All meals (breakfast/lunch/dinner) that are provided during the
week at the Best Western.
6.  All special events. (Bar-B-Q Dinner; Welcome Address; Fish Fry;
Meet & Greet Exhibitors; Las Vegas Night, etc.)
7.  Three complimentary one-day passes to be given to employees of
water/wastewater systems that are not enrolled for the conference,
but wish to view exhibit hall.  These individuals must come to the
LRWA main registration desk to receive a name badge to enter exhibit
hall.
8.  Trailers not permitted inside due to door size.  A covered patio is
located next to convention hall for trailers and large equipment to be
displayed.  
9.  This facility does not have a fork lift, if one is needed please make
your own arrangements.


Booth Rules/Regulations:
1.
Exhibitors may not sublet or assign their space to others.
2. Advertising or canvassing outside the individual exhibitor's booth is
prohibited.
3. Combustible materials and explosives are prohibited; fire
extinguishers and exits must not be obstructed.
4. Public address systems will not be allowed.  Any audio/visual
presentation equipment must be limited to the hearing area of the
booth.  LRWA will not be accountable for copyrighted music or
material.
5. Space is available for outside exhibits, however security will not be
available.  The Best Western Inn & Suites will have security inside the
building at all times.  Trailers are not permitted inside due to door
size.  A covered patio is located next to convention hall for trailers and
large equipment to be displayed.
6. Exhibitors shall assume all responsibility for any loss, damage or
injury they may cause, and they shall hold harmless the LRWA and
the Best Western Inn & Suites.


Booth Assignment:
Booth number assignments will not be given out until
time of registration at the Best Western Inn & Suites.  
Registration deadline is June 1, 2012.  LRWA will not hold
booth spaces without payment.  Your check and
registration form must be postmarked by June 1, 2012.  
Registration without payment will not be processed until
payment is received.  After the June 1, 2012 deadline, an
additional $150.00 will be added to the cost of reserving
a booth.

Shipping Booth Material:
LRWA has contracted with Clark Services for exhibitor
needs.  Clark Services (318-234-5653) will send all
registered exhibitors an exhibiting packet informing you
of the services they provide to exhibitors.  If you need
your booth material shipped they can also handle that.
